Special childcare days every 2nd Saturday of the month! As an interdisciplinary school environment and community project, this garden is an outdoor classroom and transformational force for Micheltorena Elementary School and the citizens of Silver Lake. It serves as an educational tool, a classroom area, and a gathering place for students, teachers, parents and the community at large.
